Emily Willis channels some of the same spirit as the star she cites as her self-professed pornstar crush: Riley Reid. Both are all-natural brunettes with upbeat, infectious charm combined with a willingness to do all sorts of onscreen mayhem. Where there's a Willis, there's a way!

Emily was born in Argentina and raised in St. George, Utah. Though she worked as a door-to-door salesperson for a time, naughtier pursuits soon came calling. Her passion for adult performing stemmed from her enthusiasm for modeling. "I love everything about modeling. As soon as the camera is on, I'm so comfortable in front of the camera," she said in a 2018 interview with David Naz. An encounter with a Tinder match who operated a porn website soon helped her score her first adult shoot. Adult modeling was just as exciting as mainstream modeling: "Holy shit! Why am I so turned on at this!" she recalled to Naz.

Industry titans Francesca Le and Mark Wood saw something special in Emily when they decided to shoot a showcase movie with her in 2019. "LeWood rarely produces star showcases," Evil Angel's Chris Gentile told AVN at the time. "When I heard LeWood was working on a showcase for Emily, I was excited. Emily stands out as a rising star in the EA universe." The movie delivered, winning a rave review from Adult Empire's Willy Milano: "I think the hot brunette has a lot of potential in the industry if she plays her cards right because she's very charismatic, and she makes sex with her look very enjoyable!" Willis has also excelled in supporting roles, such as a memorable secondary part in the 2019 Kayden Kross-directed hit Drive. Willis was named a Vixen Angel in September 2019, along with the accompanying Vixen shoot (featured in Natural Beauties Vol. 12 and Threesome Fantasies Vol. 7).

In December 2020, Adult Empire named Emily its third annual Pornstar of the Year.

In February 2024, Willis was hospitalized, prompting an outpouring of industry support and a GoFundMe page to help defray medical expenses.
