Hazel Tucker grew up in a small town in Massachusetts and struggled with her sexual and gender identity from a young age. In a 2011 interview she stated, "I tried to be a boy at school to fit in, and then I came out as gay." She states that when she later started puberty, she turned to the internet to explore her feelings and wound up buying hormones and starting them when she was just 16 years old. At 19, Tucker wrote to Los Angeles based Grooby Productions who later flew her out to shoot her first films. She began appearing on the adult site Shemale Yum, with her first appearance as their 4th of July Girl in the summer of 2008.
After her initial exposure on Shemale Yum, Tucker went on to appear on many more adult websites and later in several DVD productions. Her film debut was with famous director Buddy Wood and was titled Hazel Does Hollywood. Since her debut, Tucker has appeared in about 30 films and has worked with many of the industry's best production companies, including Devil's Film, Third World Media, Evil Angel, Shemale Club, and more. Notable films for Tucker include American She-Male X 6 (Evil Angel), the series She Male Strokers (Rodnievision ) in which she's appeared in 7 videos, and USA T-Girls 3 (Shemale Club).
