Though raised in poverty, she says her childhood was free of use or abuse. "Porn was the fastest way I found to get out of my environment. It was purely for money." And as she said to CyberMax: "I needed money because I have always been a big spender. I was still at school when I was offered to pose for nude photos. It was easy money and I could make more in one day than in a month with a regular job. The lure of gain overcame any resistance I could have. From 18 to 20 I faced what I was doing. And then I could look at myself in the mirror every morning thinking, --You're a bitch!" Tabatha Cash grew up in the ghetto of the Cit6 Massy, a sprawl of urban slums south of Paris. Her father was Japanese and her mother Italian. As a teenage thief she hit the metros, airports and streets, taking wallets and purses. She also stole clothes and stuff from the stores. Arrested at age 15, she was sent to a young offenders' prison for four months. "I'm not proud of having been in prison, but I am proud of not having been a victim. I have no regrets about that I would do anything for the things I want." (GQ magazine). At the age of she was the girlfriend of "Batskin" aka Serge Ayoub, a Turkish immigrant and the infamous leader of a bunch of French skinheads. When she was with him, she had a tattoo on her right breast. It was "the three seven", a kind of solar wheel, the symbol of the South Afrikaans Nazis. Later she got a new tattoo of a rose cover over to hide the original sin. Tabatha Cash both married at the age of (and later divorced) and acquired false papers to be able turn to porn. "Even if I arrived there (in the porn industry) by chance, I never felt like a victim. The day I crossed the Rubicon, I thought a lot before and after, but then I never called it into question..." She is believed to have starred in about 150 hardcore flicks, mostly in Europe where she had some fame, specially in France, a career that lasted only two till three years, from when she was 18 to 21 years old. Her measurements was 97-57-84 for 50 kg and 1.70 m at the time (or 38-23-33, 22.7 lbs, 5 foot 7 inches). She snorted two grams of a day during her performing days (1990-93), but later claims she is both clean and sober. She also did several American flicks such as "Raunch 6", "The Rehearsal" and "Gang Bang Girl 9" with name as John Leslie, Seymore Butts and Ed Powers. She specialized in receiving monster facial shots. According to herself she stopped doing anal after her first year in porn and later also women. "I only had fake orgasms [on camera]," she said to Loaded. "I'm a good actress. The guys who work in that business are so ugly and so stupid they are victims because they don't have anywhere else to make money. The men are all stupid and the women are all horrible." Her career boomed in May 1993 when she won an award at the Hot D'Or, porn's version of the Cannes Film Festival's Palme d'Or, for the movie "Rêves De Cuir 2" (meaning "Leather Dreams 2"). "Tabatha became the darling of Hot Video magazine," writes AFW, "capturing the interest and hard-on of the publisher, making her one of the most publicized cover models ever in the French men's magazine industry." Her second husband Frank Vardan publishes magazines, mostly pornographic such as AVN's European counterpart "Hot Video". Soon after she landed her first mainstream job on the cable TV network Canal Plus, in a raunchy version of "You've Been Framed". More surprising was her part in a mainstream movie about the suburbs titled "Rai", about a young ambitious girl, a second generation Algerian immigrant, who grows up in a city south of Paris and wants to get ahead in life. The movie is not autobiographical. Tabatha also appeared on a music CD with the rap-artist M. C. Solar. During 1994 she hosted a highly rated radio show on the French station Skyrock where she gave sexual advice and quick instructions to insecure French youths. On the show Tabatha promoted breast implants, and told one caller who talked about his girlfriend's loudly amorous moaning during sex that he could "shove her head into the pillow." What Tabatha have done since she retired from the public is not known, but according to herself she was "not made for work.." At the time she wanted at least three or four children and to stay at home and be a mother...
